Our Foundational Yoga teacher-training program is held over nine weekends at our beautiful shala in Long Beach. It is a thoughtful blend of ancient philosophy focused on contemporary application. The course is designed to be a personal and transformational experience that celebrates the gift of life as our greatest teacher. We support you in developing a strong foundation in Yoga with a personal practice, teaching skills and a love of Yoga that will both enrich and inspire you and your students for a lifetime.

This Yoga training is for you wish to share yoga from as a healing practice.  This training will support you to alchemise the tools of yoga for your students. You’ll be guided in an intimate, safe and supportive environment where creativity, professionalism and leadership are nourished. Sharing from the theory of sādhana directly from the ancient texts, you will be bringing the tools and techniques of Yoga and Āyurveda into your every life to sustain and nourish your day-to-day and to then share the yogic teachings from this integrated space.
